Summary:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
Support installation and relocation of equipment
Work closely with management to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime
Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair production equipment including injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues quickly to minimize downtime
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Assist with installation and relocation of machinery
Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and equipment performance
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Injection molding experience preferred but not required
High school diploma or GED required
Associate degree or technical certification preferred
Technical or mechanical certifications a plus
Additional Qualifications:
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in tight spaces and on machinery
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
