Full-time position
Shift options:
Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–10:00 PM
or Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Saturdays as needed (6:00 AM–11:00 AM)
Overtime and split shifts as business needs dictate
On-the-job training provided
Summary: The Maintenance Apprentice supports the Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Manager with general maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities. This is an entry-level role designed for someone eager to learn the trade through hands-on experience. The position includes preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and facility upkeep, with training provided on the job. Responsibilities:
Inspect equipment and assist with identifying maintenance or repair needs
Support troubleshooting and repair of production and facility equipment
Perform general repairs, light carpentry, painting, and temporary fixes
Assist with routine preventative maintenance and facility upkeep
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in work areas
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Strong organization and time management skills
Commitment to safety and PPE standards
Ability to stand, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work assigned shifts, split schedules, and overtime as needed
Related experience is a plus, but not required
