Summary:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents
Lease apartment homes and support strong occupancy levels
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
Manage leasing activity, applications, and move-in processes
Support community engagement and resident retention efforts
Responsibilities:
Greet and tour prospective residents through the community and available apartment homes
Process rental applications and communicate approvals and move-in information
Maintain accurate unit availability, pricing, and leasing records
Respond to phone and email leasing leads in a timely and professional manner
Inspect model, vacant, and move-ready units while maintaining curb appeal
Requirements:
1+ year of residential leasing experience
1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience
Experience with Yardi or Entrata property management software (a plus)
Flexibility to work occasional weekends
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
