In this role, you'll help create a positive experience for donors while keeping merchandise organized and ready for the sales floor. Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist donors in a friendly, professional manner.
Accept and organize donated items.
Sort merchandise into designated categories.
Size and organize clothing and other donated items.
Stack, move, and prepare merchandise for processing and display.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Dependable and punctual.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Dress Code:
Casual attire
Closed-toe shoes required
