Job Description

About Us:Manufacturing facility supporting the automotive industry by producing and handling metal components used in vehicle assembly. Our team is safety-focused, fast-paced, and essential to keeping production moving.
Benefits & Perks:

    • 1st Shift: $17.50/hr
    • 2nd Shift: $18.00/hr
  • Weekly full-time hours
  • Overtime opportunities when available
  • Two paid 10-minute breaks and one 30-minute unpaid break
  • Most safety gear provided onsite

Work Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–12:30am; Friday 3:30pm–12:00am
  • Overtime (when required):
    • 1st Shift: 4:00am–4:00pm
    • 2nd Shift: 4:00pm–4:00am

Summary:
  • Perform material handling duties in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment
  • Support production by moving and staging metal parts efficiently and safely
  • Operate powered equipment such as tuggers to transport materials
  • Work on your feet in a fast-paced setting
  • Follow all safety procedures and designated traffic lanes

Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload stacked metal automotive parts into totes
  • Lift totes onto carts and push them to designated staging areas
  • Operate a stand-up battery-powered tugger to transport loads
  • Maintain awareness of robotic equipment and moving machinery

Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 30+ pounds and remain on your feet for the entire shift
  • Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a tugger
  • Steel-toed or composite boots that cover the ankles (required)
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience required
