Job Description


We’re hiring for a well-established plumbing and HVAC company that values quality work, real career growth, and a team-first environment. They’re currently seeking a dependable and experienced Plumber for residential and commercial projects.
What You’ll Do:

  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
  • Test systems for proper function before job completion
  • Explain system use and maintenance to customers clearly
  • Recommend additional services or upgrades when needed
  • Accurately complete all documentation and maintain tools and vehicle
  • Represent the team with professionalism and a customer-first approach

What’s Offered:
  • Pay: $25–$40/hr depending on experience
  • Commission: Up to 5% of sales (uncapped
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k

What You Bring:
  • 1+ years of plumbing experience or training
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle physical demands
  • Bonus: experience with HVAC or electrical systems
