Job Summary:As a Quality Control Inspector, you will help ensure products meet company and customer quality standards by performing inspections, documenting results, and supporting quality assurance processes throughout production. Responsibilities:
Perform detailed quality inspections using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems
Verify product dimensions and specifications according to quality standards
Collect and analyze quality data to identify defects and support process improvements
Complete inspection reports, non-conformance documentation, and corrective action records
Assist with calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment
Participate in internal quality audits and support ISO 9001 quality standards
Communicate quality concerns with production and management teams
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Previous quality control experience in a manufacturing environment required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Access
Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation required
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
