Summary
Ensure products, processes, and services consistently meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
Lead quality assurance activities including inspections, audits, documentation, and process improvements.
Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues and improve overall operations.
Support ISO compliance while maintaining accurate quality records and reporting.
Play a key role in maintaining a culture focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Conduct product inspections, internal quality audits, and process reviews to ensure compliance with company and ISO standards.
Develop, maintain, and improve quality procedures, documentation, and work instructions.
Perform root cause analysis, investigate quality concerns, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports for management.
Coordinate quarterly internal ISO 9000 audits and assist with annual external audits.
Manage customer quality concerns and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Train employees on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.
Provide production support while promoting continuous improvement throughout the facility.
Requirements
Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related manufacturing environment required.
Working knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems and audit processes.
Experience conducting inspections, audits, and root cause investigations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to interpret quality standards, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
Experience with CAPA, continuous improvement initiatives, or Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
