Summary:
Full-time Maintenance Technician position on-site at a residential community
Perform general repairs, troubleshoot issues, and support daily property operations
Participate in bi-weekly on-call rotation
Assist with unit turnovers and preventative maintenance
Responsibilities:
Complete residential service repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances) in a timely and professional manner
Maintain the property grounds, building exterior, and maintenance shop
Respond to and complete work orders within established timelines
Complete unit make-ready punch lists
Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal and flower watering
Maintain accurate logs for pool, snow, and safety equipment
Follow property policies and safety guidelines
Requirements:
2+ years of residential maintenance experience
1+ year of HVAC experience (EPA certification preferred but not required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge
Experience repairing common residential appliances
