Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Front Counter Team Member / Cashier to join our team restaurant is located in Polaris Fashion Place, Columbus, OH. We are looking for a friendly and reliable individual who enjoys working with customers in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, works well as part of a team, maintains a clean work area, and is committed to delivering a great dining experience. Shift/Hours:
Monday–Saturday
1st -10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd - 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Sunday
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00–$16.00 per hour depending on experience

Requirements:
Previous cashier, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Dependable with excellent attendance
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Must pass a background check
Must wear closed-toe, non-slip work shoes
Training will take place during the first week at Test Kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude
Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
Process cash, credit card, and digital payments
Prepare and serve bao, dumplings, noodles, sides, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards
Prepare matcha drinks, fruit teas, and specialty beverages
Verify orders for accuracy before serving customers
Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, beverage station, dining area, and service areas
Restock supplies, beverages, sauces, utensils, and packaging throughout the shift
Follow all food safety, sanitation, allergen, and temperature control procedures
Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and register reconciliation
Work collaboratively with team members to provide outstanding customer service
