Summary:
Respond to residential and commercial property losses caused by water, fire, mold, and storm damage
Perform mitigation, demolition, cleanup, drying setup, and monitoring of affected areas
Assist with reconstruction/build-back work on properties as needed
Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with varied daily tasks
Responsibilities:
Perform emergency mitigation services and cleanup at damaged properties
Haul materials, set up equipment, and monitor drying/repair processes
Conduct demolition and prep work for restoration and rebuild projects
Assist with carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, and other construction tasks as needed
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions
Good communication skills and professionalism with clients
Experience in restoration, demolition, or general construction
Carpentry or remodeling experience strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to worksites
