This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical services, or commercial facility solutions who enjoys developing customer relationships and closing new business.
What You'll Do
Develop and grow relationships with existing and prospective commercial customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend HVAC, plumbing, and building controls solutions.
Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations for service projects and maintenance agreements.
Sell preventative maintenance contracts and service agreements.
Manage existing customer accounts while expanding business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales goals through exceptional service and relationship management.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development.
HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or building services industry experience
Experience in selling Commercial HVAC Service or Maintenance Contracts required
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
Compensation & Benefits
$60,000–$90,000 base salary + comission
