Responsibilities
Welcome customers into the showroom and provide exceptional customer service.
Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the best products.
Explain product features, benefits, and available options.
Assist customers throughout the sales process from initial inquiry through purchase.
Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
Answer customer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom.
Work closely with the sales team to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
Previous retail or showroom sales experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable using computers, cash registers, and phone systems.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
High school diploma or GED required.
Weekend availability is required.
Schedule
Full-time (40–55 hours per week)
Set weekly schedule with two days off
Weekend work required
Store Hours
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Pay & Benefits
$18.00–$22.00 per hour
