Benefits & Perks • $11.00 hourly pay • Full-time 1st shift position • Weekly pay • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Summary • Full-time 1st shift opportunity in an anodizing facility • Perform packing and production support tasks in the impregnation area • Assist with processing and finishing metal parts • Hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment Responsibilities • Work in the impregnation area on the hard coat line • Pack parts according to specifications • Assist with aluminum anodizing, color anodizing, and industrial hard coat anodizing processes • Support chromate conversion and casting impregnation tasks • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor • Comfortable working in an industrial/anodizing environment • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures • Strong attention to detail • Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed Work Environment & Schedule • Facility: Anodizing facility • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:00pm • Some weekend work may be available
