Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm
3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00pm–7:00am
Summary:
Operate and monitor machines used in candle production
Set up machines, raw materials, and supplies to meet production schedules
Perform quality checks to ensure product consistency and standards are met
Support continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork on the production floor
Responsibilities:
Safely operate machines used in candle production including pouring, extruding, pressing, and dipping
Measure, record, and adjust machine settings to maintain product consistency
Perform pre-shift inspections and troubleshoot machine or material issues
Complete machine and product changeovers such as molds, wax blends, wicks, and cutting blades
Record production data in the company tracking system
Work with production and support teams to maintain efficient operations
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the work area
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
Ability to troubleshoot machines and production issues
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
Physically able to work in a manufacturing environment and handle materials
