Summary:
Install and configure server racks in a professional data center environment
Perform precision-based work using diagrams, schematics, and measuring tools
Operate material-handling equipment to safely move and position racks
Maintain high accuracy and quality standards
Work as part of a team supporting critical infrastructure
Responsibilities:
Place server racks on the data center floor with 100% accuracy using laser-measuring devices
Populate electronic components and install cabling according to schematics
Install rack hardware using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
Operate straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
Requirements:
Ability to follow detailed diagrams and schematics
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Comfortable working in a warehouse-style, climate-controlled environment
Previous data center, warehouse, or installation experience preferred but not required
