Summary:
Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum components
Work in a clean, organized anodizing and fabrication environment
Focus on high-quality welds with strong attention to detail
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality and finish
Responsibilities:
Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum parts for automotive and marine use
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
Prepare and collaborate with finishing teams for anodizing processes
Conduct quality inspections and correct defects as needed
Maintain welding equipment and follow all safety protocols
Requirements:
Previous experience with TIG welding, preferably on aluminum
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a manufacturing/anodizing environment and follow safety standards
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience working with anodized parts or finishing processes
