We are a well-established fencing supplier and installer serving residential and commercial customers. Our yard and operations teams play a critical role in supporting installation crews and ensuring projects run efficiently and safely.

Summary:
Support fencing installation crews by preparing, organizing, and loading materials
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and inventory area
Operate material-handling equipment and power tools safely
Assist with deliveries and job site material support
Perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions
Schedule 6am -5pm or later
Responsibilities:
Load and unload fencing materials, tools, and equipment for crews and deliveries
Organize and maintain inventory including wood, chain link, vinyl, aluminum, and steel fencing
Prepare job materials in advance based on work orders and schedules
Operate forklifts, skid steers, power tools, and hand tools (training provided if needed)
Maintain yard cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and assist with general yard and shop duties
Requirements:
Previous experience in a construction yard, warehouse, fencing company, or similar environment
Valid driver’s license required
Forklift certification preferred or willingness to be trained
Ability to lift 50–80 lbs repeatedly and perform strenuous physical labor outdoors
Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
Knowledge of fencing materials and ability to use hand and power tools safely
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
