Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The Assembler will build components and subassemblies by following blueprints, schematics, technical instructions, and assembly procedures.

• Assemble components, parts, and subassemblies according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, assembly instructions, and technical terminology
• Position and align components manually or with hoists as needed
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble products
• Inspect parts and materials for quality before and during assembly
• Test finished products for defects and proper functionality
• Maintain an accurate inventory of parts, materials, and tools
• Maintain and properly care for tools and equipment
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and supervisor directives
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Perform other duties within your skill set as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, or related experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
