Summary
 • Full-time 1st shift opportunity in a plastic extrusion warehouse facility
 • Perform material measuring, packaging, and shipping preparation tasks
 • Ensure orders are accurately measured, packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment
 • Hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment
Responsibilities
 • Measure materials to ensure accuracy with pickings
 • Record order details (order number, part number, quantity, and measurements) in the “Bagging” Google Sheet
 • Securely tape and bag materials to prevent damage
 • Label bags with address, order number, and bag number
 • Weigh bags and record weight and dimensions on pickings
 • Place completed bags on skids marked “ready to ship”
 • Turn in completed pickings to the Freight Coordinator
 • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
 • Return leftover materials to proper stock locations
 • Clean and sweep work area daily
 • Perform additional duties as assigned

 • Ability to accurately measure and record data
 • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor
 • Comfortable working in a dusty industrial warehouse environment

Summary:

• Position Title: Mold Process Technician
• Division/Department: Operations
• Reports to: Maintenance Manager
• Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience
• Probationary Period: 3 Months (90 Days)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machines to meet daily production goals
• Start up and shut down machines safely
• Fix basic problems with machines or support equipment
• Change molds, materials, or colors when needed
• Use a forklift or overhead crane to move molds
• Connect hot runners, robotic arms, and other equipment if needed
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Check parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Stop machines if there is a problem and correct the issue
• Perform daily machine checks for maintenance needs
• Assist with writing instructions for ISO procedures
• Follow all safety, quality, and company rules
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of plastic injection mold processing experience
• Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane
• Ability to read and follow setup instruction sheets
• Follow all safety rules at all times
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime if asked
• Standard work hours: 6:30AM–3:00PM, Monday through Friday
